The T3 event is a two-day virtual program held from 8:30 am-12:30pm Pacific Time that will empower professionals in your organization to deliver the BlueEQ™ Mastery Workshop directly to your employees. You will become a member of the Global BlueEQ™ Certified Facilitator Network and you will be certified for life.
Rather than pay for a BlueEQ™ Instructor to facilitate a BlueEQ Workshop, you will be able to train on this popular content whenever it is convenient for your organization. Assessment and Workshop License fees apply. If you are thinking of rolling out at least 2 training events in your organization, certification pays for itself.
To become a certified facilitator is simple:
- Attend the Live Virtual Half-Day BlueEQ™ Emotional Intelligence Training Session.
- Attend two Live Virtual Half-Day BlueEQ™ T3 Events.
