BlueEQ Refund/Cancellation Policy

Because of the nature of virtual events, BlueEQ™ has implemented the following policy that addresses participant substitutions, credit transfers, reschedules, refunds, cancellations, and no-shows.

Substitutions may be sent in your place, at no additional cost. Please notify BlueEQ™ with any substitutions at least two business days prior to the virtual session date to allow replacement participants enough time to complete the pre-workshop BlueEQ™ self-assessment.

You may notify BlueEQ™ prior to two business days before your scheduled virtual session that you are unable to attend and will be issued a credit at that time at no additional cost. Your credit to attend another scheduled virtual session is valid for twelve months. We offer one free reschedule per participant. If there is a need to reschedule a second time, a $75 administrative fee will be assessed.

A $75 administrative fee will be assessed if your reschedule request is made less than two business days prior to your scheduled session. This is in consideration of the popularity of the events resulting in a sold-out situation and for administrative and planning purposes.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of any obligation by BlueEQ™. Requests to reschedule at this time will be assessed a $75 administrative fee.

Within three business days after your original purchase, and at least two business days prior to attending the originally scheduled virtual session, you may cancel your registration and receive a full refund.  Promotions, discounts, and any other special offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash value.
