BlueEQ™ includes five skills and each skill is comprised of five behavioral dimensions. To improve an emotional intelligence skill, focus on developing the dimensions within that skill. The questions are designed to measure how you think, feel, and behave. This comprehensive approach allows the participant to identify and isolate behaviors and skills in very specific ways. Once areas of strengths and weaknesses are accurately identified, participants develop a 90-day plan for improvement.

The BlueEQ™ Profile is a 34-page detailed analysis of the participant’s results. The profile is easy to understand and implement. Here is a sample of the BlueEQ™ Heat Map of the results which summarizes where the participant stands in all EQ skills and dimensions. Participants can easily identify the colors that represent skills and dimensions that are Risk Factors, Limiting Factors, Growth Factors, Strength Factors, or Success Factors. This powerful graphic near the front of the profile booklet enables participants to quickly identify the EQ areas that will make the greatest impact.
Each BlueEQ™ skill and dimension is broken down into its own profile. Each skill and dimension profile page clearly identifies the participant’s score for that skill/dimension in a color-coded bar. The profile page also includes: a definition of the skill or dimension, the characteristics of people with high scores and low scores for that skill/dimension, tips and techniques to improve, and why it matters to the participant.
With each BlueEQ™ emotional intelligence assessment and workshop, participants have access to the i4P™ development plan. The i4P personal development plan is a process that guides participants through identifying key EQ skills and dimensions that will create the maximum career and business impact. The i4P™ process provides a systematic approach to ensure the optimal levels of success. Participants are strongly encouraged to engage a peer mentor or coach to assist them with their plan.
