Tell us about your organization, the groups you want to understand, and what you want to improve. We’ll discuss assessment scope, reporting needs, and support for turning the findings into a practical development plan.
Before starting, decide which team or organizational question you want the results to inform. For example, are people comfortable asking for help, offering a different view, or acknowledging a mistake? Use that question to guide your discussion with BlueEQ about scope and reporting.
Agree on how you will explain the assessment, share findings, and involve people in choosing a next step. Ask about confidentiality and reporting arrangements before inviting participants. Then select a small number of observable leadership behaviors to practice and establish when you will review progress.
