Put your insight into practice.
Pair your assessment with Managing Conflict with Confidence. The interactive course connects emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and five conflict management skills, with a personal development plan and a 90-day assessment retake.
Turn Your Results into a Development Plan
Start with a recent workplace disagreement: a missed deadline, a difficult handoff, or feedback that did not land as intended. As you review your report, consider what you noticed, how you responded, and what you would like to do differently next time.
Choose one behavior to practice rather than trying to change everything at once. You might prepare a neutral opening question, check an assumption before responding, or summarize the other person’s perspective before explaining your own. Write down the situation in which you will practice and a date to reflect on what happened.
Choose Your Next Step
If conflict is your immediate development priority, explore Managing Conflict with Confidence. For broader work on self-awareness, relationships, and everyday leadership, compare our emotional intelligence training for leaders and teams. An assessment provides a starting point for reflection; development also requires practice and feedback.
