Measure
A Personal EQ Baseline
The BlueEQ Self-Assessment helps students understand five EQ skills and 25 dimensions, identify strengths, and choose development priorities.
For colleges and universities
Combine personal assessment insights, six short video modules, and guided practice to help students develop emotional intelligence they can use in college and beyond.

A group project stalls. Feedback feels personal. Pressure builds before an exam or an internship. Academic Track helps students recognize their patterns and practice EQ skills they can use in class, in relationships, and at work.
Tools for students. Structure for faculty. Development that continues beyond a lesson.
Measure
The BlueEQ Self-Assessment helps students understand five EQ skills and 25 dimensions, identify strengths, and choose development priorities.
Develop
Asynchronous lessons guide students through their results and introduce a practical process: interpret, prioritize, and practice.
Sustain & Re-measure
A PDF workbook, personal development plan, and the BlueEQ Academy support ongoing practice. An assessment retake and comparison report help students review their progress.

The workbook moves students from looking at scores to choosing specific behaviors to practice. Students reflect on their results, select three dimensions to develop, and create a practice schedule that fits their lives.
Interpret. Prioritize. Practice.
After a period of practice, students retake the assessment, compare results, and decide what to work on next.
Use the short video lessons in class or through your institution’s learning management system. An implementation guide and optional reflection prompts help faculty connect EQ development to discussions, assignments, and everyday student experiences.
