Who We Are Looking For
The Inside Sales Representative at BlueEQ™ is a key role—the level of performance in this role is the key determining factor for future sales growth. We are looking for a high-horsepower individual who thrives on interaction with our potential clients and has a deep-rooted habit of picking up the phone and getting a professional relationship started.
Besides having a high-energy level, the Inside Sales Rep should possess:
- Moderate technical skills in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Business acumen required to hold conversations with executive-level contacts.
- Integrity and professionalism to represent the BlueEQ™ brand.
How the Position Works
BlueEQ™ hosts weekly public events in major cities around the country as a way for executives to experience our program so that they can make an informed decision on whether to bring our training in-house. The role of the Inside Sales Rep is to take the leads that marketing creates from their advertising and fill up these public events. On top hourly rate, the Inside Sales Rep earns a commission on every lead that they can convert into a public event attendee. Because this position works with incoming leads that are already interested in the BlueEQ™ program, the Inside Sales Rep enjoys extremely high conversion rates on the leads they receive.
Since our leads are C-level and VP-level executives with full plates, we are looking for an individual who has a high level of professional persistence to make sure that these executives can make the time to attend our public events. Since these executives have already raised their hand, there is no shortness of interest on their side.
As BlueEQ™ quickly grows, there is a lot of room and many directions for a high-performing Inside Sales Rep to grow.
