BlueEQ™ began when our founder was looking for an Emotional Intelligence leadership training solution and found that there weren’t any great offerings in the market for this quickly-growing employee development topic. Five years later, our clients include Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, GE, Harvard Law School, and many others. Our training and assessments have been used by leaders from over 60 countries. A key source of business are the leads generated by the Events Marketing Specialist which makes this an important role in the company.

How we Market

Our marketing is focused around inviting local business leaders to training events that we hold in all major cities across the United States. We hold on average two workshops per week with the goal of attracting decision-makers, and we experience a high rate of attendees that bring us back into their organization to conduct training on-site.

The Events Marketing Specialist is a technical position that works with our Email Marketing efforts to make sure that invitations to these events land in inboxes – a task more easily said than done. This position is responsible for generating leads that our sales team will call and enroll into our workshops nationwide.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Excel
  • Extreme attention to detail—we are looking for a perfectionist
  • Professional Writing—ability to correspond with top-level executives via email with high business acumen
  • Reliable and Punctual
